Trial and purchase help
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Download the app for free, then claim the free 7-day trial in the app's purchase window. Full features are available for 168 hours from the original verified trial purchase. Restoring or reinstalling does not restart the trial. There is no automatic charge or renewal.
What happens when the trial ends?
You can still open, view, save and recover existing projects. Creating, editing and printing exports require an active trial or Lifetime Unlock. Your saved projects are not deleted when the trial ends.
How much is Lifetime Unlock?
Lifetime Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, with a US base price of $19.90. Your App Store region determines the price and currency shown by Apple. Check the price in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before paying. There is no subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, open the purchase window and choose Restore Purchases. Check your internet connection and App Store sign-in if the purchase does not appear. A refunded or revoked purchase no longer grants access. For billing or refund requests, visit Apple's Report a Problem service.
Projects and file access
Where are my projects?
Projects use the .pwhome format and are saved in the location you choose. Use the project menu to open saved projects, recent projects or recovery copies. Keep backups of important work. The app does not provide developer-hosted cloud storage.
Why does macOS ask me to select a folder?
The App Sandbox limits access to files outside the app's own container. Choose the relevant file or folder in the system dialog to grant access. If a folder is moved or permission expires, select it again. Exporting several files may require selecting the destination folder.
What should I check before 3D printing?
Review scale, wall thickness and the model in your slicer before printing. Physical results depend on your printer, material and settings. Reference images and on-screen measurement guides are not part of the printed model.
Which Macs are supported?
The app requires macOS 13.5 or later and includes Apple silicon and Intel code. Check the Mac App Store compatibility information for the published version.
